Paola Pucci (MS Arch and PhD in Territorial Planning) Is Full Professor in Urban planning at the Politecnico di Milano. She teaches in both thematic courses and Workshop integrated courses related to Urban Planning and Infrastructure design at the Master and PhD level. Among the PhD level activities and high qualification teaching activities, she has been supervisor and tutor of several PhD theses on urban mobility and accessibility, travel behaviours, transport justice, electric transition.

She has taken part, also with roles of team coordinator, in national and international research projects funded on the basis of a competitive call, including EU Espon Project H2020 Project, PUCA (Plan, urbanisme, architecture) and PREDIT projects financed by the Ministère de l’Ecologie, du Développement et de l’Aménagement durable (France), dealing with the following research topics: Mobility policy, Accessibility and transport justice, mobile phone data for urban analysis and planning. She has been Member of the evaluation panel for the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) (DRSR) (2017)” and Member of the NEFD Policy Demonstrators commissioning panel for the ESRC _Economic and Social Research Council. Shaping Society (Uk) (2017). She has activated, through promotion of various international networking activities presenting papers at international conferences, a series of collaboration projects and exchanges with colleagues in Europe.
